About Monte
Monte’s passion for vision, strategy and leadership defines his 40 year professional and ministry career. He founded Leadership Clarity in 2014 to more fully leverage the breadth and depth of his unique experience to help leaders with clarity and alignment and coach their overall professional development.
Additionally, Monte serves churches, ministries and nonprofits through his partnerships with Slingshot Group and THRIVE360 and serves executives and teams in the marketplace through his partnership with Right Level Leadership. As an experienced Life Map Facilitator, Monte helps high-capacity leaders discover a greater sense of purpose and equips them with tools that guide them personally and professionally.
Previously, Monte served Real Life Church as Executive Pastor from 2006-2021, overseeing the journey from a single-site church gathering hundreds to a sprawling multi- site ministry gathering thousands. He also provided leadership to strategic partners both domestically and internationally. Prior to full time ministry Monte enjoyed a successful executive career with Anheuser-Busch and SeaWorld from 1985-2005. He led in operational, administrative and new business development contexts at both corporate and operating unit levels, successfully integrating cross-functional teams to deliver increased revenues and profits.
Monte and Helaine live in Central Florida. They have four children, one granddaughter and raised two nephews. A lifelong athlete, Monte still enjoys competing recreationally. Avid photographers, he and Helaine love just about anything outdoors, traveling and sharing time with family and friends.
